Answers:
What do you need to prepare my Individual Income Tax Return?
Some of the documentation you will need to provide are the following, but not limited to: Wages (W-2), Interest Income, Dividend Income, Retirement/Pension Income, Year End Statements on investments, Mortgage Interest (Primary/Rental), Property Taxes Paid, Business Expenses, Child Care Expenses, Tuition, Contributions to Retirement Account, Donations, Alimony Paid. *If you are a new client, a copy of your pior year's return will also be requested.

What do you need to prepare my Corporate Income Tax Return?
In order to prepare your Corporate Income Tax Return, we generally require all of your banking information for the year. This includes your monthly bank statements, check stubs and credit card statements. However, if you are a Quickbooks user, we may ask that you provide a backup copy of your file. Another alternative we offer is the option for us to conveniently access your books remotely online. Please call for further information if you are interested in this free feature.

I am interested in forming a Corporation/L.L.C. What information do I need to provide?
The first thing you would need when forming a corporation is a name. We usually suggest that you provide up to 3 choices for a name in case the name you want is unavailable. We would then need basic information such as the company address, phone number, email address, shareholder information, title and percentage of ownership, type of corporation and payroll expectations.

I received an IRS notice. What do I do now?
Receiving an IRS notice can be stressful. However, the sooner a notice is addressed, the sooner any issue can be resolved. Therefore, we recommend that any notices received are sent to our office immediately via fax, email, or regular mail.
